We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with sanitization efforts - Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Proficiency in cash handling procedures and working with cash registers - Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus - Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Sky tab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial Bilingual is a plus Join our team as a Server to contribute to a positive dining experience for our valued guests.
