Express is hiring a Property Manager Trainee for a local client.
Property Manager Trainee
Responsibilities:
Screen applicants to fill vacancies; review applications, enters tenant data into the database, schedules and conduct interviews Conducts recertification of existing tenants Reviews financial information and verifies income to ensure compliance with established guidelines Maintains vacancy log, transfer log and waiting list Monitors apartment grounds to ensure compliance Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, as needed Performs other duties as assigned Property Manager Trainee Requirements:
